Position Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This role is responsible for managing digital sales channels and leading marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and revenue in the North American market. The position requires a hands-on approach to marketplace operations, digital advertising, and brand strategy, along with strong analytical and communication skills.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Digital Sales Channel Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage marketplace operations, including product listings and inventory tracking<\/li>\n
  • Create and optimize product detail pages and branded storefronts<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and resolve listing or account issues<\/li>\n
  • Execute digital advertising strategies (keyword planning and bid management) to improve performance<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and update D2C website content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Marketing & Brand Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Develop and execute mid- to long-term marketing strategies<\/li>\n
    • Plan product launch strategies and identify key products for growth<\/li>\n
    • Manage marketing budget and optimize spending efficiency<\/li>\n
    • Oversee social media strategy and content development<\/li>\n
    • Lead influencer and UGC campaigns, including performance tracking<\/li>\n
    • Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Meta platforms)<\/li>\n
    • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights<\/li>\n
    • Prepare monthly reports and communicate with stakeholders<\/li>\n
    • Organize and manage marketing assets and materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Sales Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Create marketing materials for wholesale and retail use<\/li>\n
      • Ensure product labeling complies with regulatory requirements<\/li>\n
      • Support store marketing initiatives and events as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Japanese is a plus<\/li>\n
        • Experience in digital marketing (e.g., Meta, Amazon)<\/li>\n
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365<\/li>\n
        • Strong communication and leadership skills<\/li>\n
        • Analytical mindset with a focus on driving sales results<\/li>\n
        • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n
        • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude<\/li>\n
        • Financial understanding for budget management and ROI analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
