Responsibilities for Cargo Vessel Operator<\/p>\n
\u2022\tChecking the vessel's operating status and movements.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tPreparing and sending voyage instructions and appointments with port agents.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tInvoicing freight to charterers and arranging remittance to port agents, etc.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tCommunicate with vessel captains and port agents via telephone and e-mail regarding voyages.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tArrange fuel and lubricant supply to vessels.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tAssist with crew arrangements.<\/p>\n

Qualifications for Cargo Vessel Operator<\/p>\n
\u2022\tProficient in Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Excel etc.)<\/p>\n
\u2022\tAbility to read, write and speak English.<\/p>\n
\u2022\tReading, writing, and speaking Spanish skills are a big plus<\/p>\n
