This role offers a balance of existing account management and new client development.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage assigned accounts and work toward sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers<\/li>\n<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Conduct product demonstrations (machine demo room)<\/li>\n<li>Promote and expand film sales (key company focus)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quotations for film, machines, parts, and specifications<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate project schedules with customers<\/li>\n<li>Visit customers and support ongoing projects<\/li>\n<li>Monitor orders, pricing, shipments, and transactions<\/li>\n<li>Track AR and support collections when needed<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends and identify opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide solutions<\/li>\n<li>Submit customer visit reports (Kintone)<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues<\/li>\n<li>Support additional tasks as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Focus<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Balanced responsibility between existing accounts and new business development (approx. 50\/50)<\/li>\n<li>Main customer base includes food manufacturers, co-manufacturers, and small to mid-sized companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Japan<\/li>\n<li>Typical travel: around twice per month (3\u20134 days per trip)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fluent in English (written and verbal); Japanese is a plus but not required<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Solid project management and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Team player in a multicultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Base salary: $55K\u2013$60K + commission<\/li>\n<li>Commission structure includes:\n<ul>\n<li>Quarterly incentives based on film product sales<\/li>\n<li>Additional incentives per machine sale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Office-based with standard equipment<\/li>\n<li>May require standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs<\/li>\n<li>Frequent business travel required<\/li>\n<li>Occasional work outside normal business hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-24784","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Sales Marketing Account Representative - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/062019\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Sales Marketing Account Representative - Pasona N A, Inc. | Your Career Partner\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Japanese packaging machinery and materials manufacturer is seeking a sales professional to support business growth.
