Report to a team leader and collaborate with relationship managers. Also, the function requires communicating credit departments in the US and Japan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 12px\">Job Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Conduct analysis and research on the performance of borrowers and parents to assess historical performance and future projections; ie. cash flow analysis, risk capital calculations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Gather support documentation to structure deals, liaise with middle and back office for KYC purposes, and assist in drafting pre screen memos for the Credit Department.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Conduct quarterly and annual reviews of loan portfolio and handle a variety of system and procedural issues related to the borrowers such as internal grading, monthly\/quarterly reporting, and other ad hoc projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Assist with amendments, new originations, loan closings and funding, and other credit events that may impact the borrower.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Undertake research and analytics related to specific sectors, regions or loans, and stay abreast of current market conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Provide ad hoc reports for management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Qualifications and Skills<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Formal credit training preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">3-5 years of experience working at a corporate bank or other financial institution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Highly proficient MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting preferred or equivalent education and training.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px\">Japanese language skill is\u00a0required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-24777","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/24777","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=24777"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=24777"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=24777"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
