Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Service Engineer is responsible for installing, repairing, and troubleshooting high-precision machine tools and related equipment. This role also supports the sales team by providing technical expertise and assisting customers with product-related inquiries.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

  • Troubleshoot machine issues and product-related problems<\/li>\n
  • Travel to customer sites for installation and preventive maintenance<\/li>\n
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues<\/li>\n
  • Analyze problems and determine appropriate solutions<\/li>\n
  • Support the sales team with product demonstrations and technical information<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and share service reports after customer visits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience<\/li>\n
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)<\/li>\n
