This person will support program development efforts with existing customers and expand the company business into new OEMs and Tier suppliers. The candidate will manage the programs with team members and create the business strategy for expanding business with<\/span>\u00a0Sales Manager and\/or General Manager<span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Essential Job Functions \/ Duties:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Responsible for expanding sales with existing customers and developing new business with both new and existing customers by matching the company&#039;s automotive technology with customers&#039; applications. Position prefers a person who is sales driven and possesses strong engineering and technical skills. Also, responsible for analysis of the budget and mid-term plan with Deputy General Manager, as well as, to coordination with our manufacturing plant and other regions to support activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform the following duties of <\/span>a Sales Representative independently and\/or with both team and General manager:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage existing customer accounts, conduct commercial negotiations and pursue new business opportunities in order to increase company&#039;s overall sales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain close communication with customers&#039; purchasing and engineering contacts through frequent visits, TEAMS\/Skype\/Webex meetings and \/ or phone calls.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identifies and researches markets and recommends targets, secures customer interest and be able to convey to customer the company\u2019s products to grow sales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Performs customer visit, presentations and promotional activities in order to develop new customers with team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create business plan, manage the progress and report the status to Deputy General manager timely and correctly.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Required tasks:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Plans, schedules and coordinates customer meetings and internal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Document and maintain existing customers and new project opportunity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reports progress of business development, customer visit reports regularly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain monthly sales projections for key customers with understanding market trends and competitors&#039; product strategies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Attend customers&#039; supplier conferences and industry conferences as necessary and accompany customers on audits of company&#039;s overseas production facilities as necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collects and analyzes customer forecast information and work business plan with team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Report projects progress to manager and management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Researches, targets and develops new customers and opportunities at current customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Gather and mine data to conduct market reports as requested by management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Skills &amp; Experience:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A degree or diploma in engineering and\/or business<\/span>\u00a0(preferably mechanical engineering)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Entry and\/or Intermediate level experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Preferred Automotive industry experience and knowledge of gearbox (preferably bearing products and\/or Hydraulics).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent analytical, organizational and communications skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Record of accomplishment showing a commitment to customer service, successful teamwork and continuously self-motivated work in assigned areas of responsibility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, especially MS PowerPoint &amp;
