Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Conduct research on political and economic trends in Latin America and financial market trends in the U.S., selecting topics based on stakeholder interests.<\/p>\n
Collect information through open sources, seminars, and other channels, and prepare periodic analytical reports for dissemination.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with external vendors\/contractors to gather and distribute news and external research related to political and economic developments in the Americas.<\/p>\n
Support the promotion and PR activities of trade insurance by assisting in data collection and report preparation.<\/p>\n
Provide general administrative support as needed, including internal schedule coordination, phone and visitor handling, appointment setting, and basic accounting procedures.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both English and Japanese (including translation, email, and phone communication).<\/p>\n
Ability to compile and summarize collected information and produce clear and concise documents in Japanese.<\/p>\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot).<\/p>\n
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward proposing ideas, planning, and improving processes while collaborating with supervisors and colleagues.<\/p>\n
Willingness to learn and absorb knowledge across a wide range of fields, even without prior specialized expertise.<\/p>\n
