Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A Japanese company is seeking a senior management professional to join our U.S. operations as a Vice President, Head of Corporate Administration<\/strong>, working closely with the CEO as a key executive partner.<\/p>\n

This role will oversee all administrative and corporate management functions across North America (including the U.S., Canada, and Mexico), ensuring strong governance, operational efficiency, and risk management in a rapidly evolving business and regulatory environment.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting overall business management and decision-making<\/li>\n
  • Lead and oversee corporate management functions for the U.S. sales subsidiary<\/li>\n
  • Develop and execute business strategies, including financial planning and performance management<\/li>\n
  • Manage administrative functions including:\n
      \n
    • Finance & Accounting<\/li>\n
    • Tax<\/li>\n
    • Human Resources<\/li>\n
    • General Affairs<\/li>\n
    • Legal & Compliance<\/li>\n
    • External Relations<\/li>\n
    • Audit<\/li>\n
    • IT<\/li>\n
    • Logistics & Service Operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Ensure effective governance and risk management across North American operations<\/li>\n
    • Oversee and manage both expatriate and locally hired staff<\/li>\n
    • Drive organizational alignment between headquarters and local teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications (Required)<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level proficiency required)<\/li>\n
      • Strong background in management accounting<\/strong>, with broad experience overseeing corporate\/admin functions<\/li>\n
      • Proven leadership and people management skills in a cross-cultural environment<\/li>\n
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across:\n
          \n
        • Local employees<\/li>\n
        • Headquarters teams<\/li>\n
        • External stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Strong risk management capabilities related to overseas business operations<\/li>\n
        • Ability to operate at an executive level in a dynamic international business environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Preferred:<\/em><\/p>\n

          • Prior expatriate\/overseas assignment experience in the U.S.<\/li>\n
          • Knowledge of legal affairs and\/or transfer pricing<\/li>\n
          • Experience managing operations at overseas subsidiaries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
