Job Title:<\/strong> IT Sales Representative (Full-Time)<\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong> New York, NY Hybrid<\/p>\n

Working hours: 9:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM (flexibility required based on client needs)<\/p>\n

Exempt: $70,000 \u2013 $85,000 annually (based on skills and experience)<\/p>\n

Position Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

An IT company is seeking a client-focused IT Sales Representative to join the team in New York. This role involves frequent client visits, along with 1\u20133 days per week in the office for reporting and proposal preparation.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Visit existing clients to understand needs, propose solutions, and secure projects<\/li>\n
  • Follow up on ongoing projects and maintain client satisfaction<\/li>\n
  • Develop new business through prospecting and client engagement<\/li>\n
  • Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and manage renewals<\/li>\n
  • Address client issues and provide timely solutions<\/li>\n
  • Support recruiting activities, including sourcing and interviewing candidates<\/li>\n
  • Participate in sales meetings (in-office and virtual)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bilingual in Japanese and English <\/li>\n
    • Experience in IT services (systems, applications, or networks)<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with IT engineers or in IT project management (preferred)<\/li>\n
    • IT sales experience (preferred)<\/li>\n
    • IT development experience (preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Strong communication and client-facing skills<\/li>\n
      • Ability to understand client needs and propose solutions (staffing\/project-based)<\/li>\n
      • Ability to source and assess candidates aligned with client requirements<\/li>\n
