The company\u2019s products are widely used in industrial machinery, semiconductors, earthquake resistance, and the IT industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">JOB SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">This position is responsible for performing a variety of mechanical engineering functions.\u00a0The Mechanical Engineers develop, design, build, test, and evaluate mechanical devices and systems. Assignments are routine in nature and are carried out in accordance with general work instructions and established office practices, procedures, and precedents. The job position is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime wages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Develop testing processes and perform testing and validation of new designs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Generate working prototypes for customer demonstration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Perform engineering calculations to support design work.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Conduct presentations (company introduction, product introduction, technical explanations, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Create meeting minutes especially for engineering issue.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Answer customer&#039;s engineering inquiries by telephone and e-mail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prepare request forms (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, Consideration Request form \u2013\u00a0Kentoirai, and other requirements) upon customer\u2019s request and sends these forms to company.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Prepare paperwork (Inspection reports and Quotes) for repaired pumps.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Perform any and all additional duties as required by company management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Required to travel throughout the US and Japan. Travel to other countries may be required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Permitted to initiate an NCR if any in-process defects or potential product defects are found\/reported by customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Judgement of suspected NCR items cannot be determined and\/or shipped without QC and Manager authorization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Work beyond the authority listed above regarding NCR must be authorized by the Manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Work with manufacturing team : help them with designing jig &amp;
