If Patreon is for memberships and Substack is for newsletters, we are building the platform for the Economy of Expertise<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We are creating a next-generation global product where deep, Q&A-driven conversations generate real economic value<\/strong>\u2014think \u201cQuora meets Patreon\u201d<\/em> for creators and experts.<\/p>\n

After achieving strong product-market fit and scale overseas with 16M+ monthly active users<\/strong>, we are rebuilding the product from the ground up to lead the U.S. creator economy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This is a rare opportunity to join the founding U.S. product team<\/strong> and work directly with the Founder & CEO<\/strong> to shape a global platform from 0\u21921 (and beyond).<\/p>\n

🎯 Mission<\/h3>\n

As a Product Manager<\/strong>, you will drive product growth across global markets, including the United States and Japan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the near term, your focus will be expanding the product as a social Q&A \/ question-box platform<\/strong>, leading initiatives around:<\/p>\n

  • Payments and monetization<\/li>\n
  • Point and incentive systems<\/li>\n
  • Trust, safety, and moderation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You will translate business goals and user needs into products that creators and users love.<\/p>\n

    🛠 What You\u2019ll Do<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Define product OKRs, Epics, and roadmaps<\/strong> aligned with business KPIs<\/li>\n
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user discovery<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Design customer journey maps, user stories, and wireframes<\/strong> for mobile and web<\/li>\n
    • Run fast PDCA \/ iteration cycles<\/strong> with engineering teams<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams<\/strong> (including teams in Japan)<\/li>\n
    • Build core product features side-by-side with the Founder & CEO<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Required<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Strong product management experience for consumer-facing mobile\/web platforms<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Ability to connect business objectives, user needs, and product execution<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Experience working closely with engineers and designers in agile environments<\/li>\n
      • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous, early-stage environments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Experience with SNS, UGC, creator platforms, marketplaces, or fintech features<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Experience working with global or cross-border teams<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Startup or early-stage product experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • Base Salary:<\/strong> $100,000 \u2013 $170,000 USD (depending on experience)<\/li>\n
