Work Hours: 20h\/week within the 8am – 5pm business hours. Approximately 4-6h\/day, 5d\/week.<\/span><\/p>\n

Essential Duties:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

– Bookkeeping<\/p>\n

– Prepare payments<\/p>\n

– Process monthly financial reports<\/p>\n

– Prepare annual tax returns<\/p>\n

– Answer telephone and e-mails<\/p>\n

– Prepare purchase orders to dealers and customers<\/p>\n

– Prepare invoices<\/p>\n

– Prepare outgoing shipments<\/p>\n

– Maintain office suppliers<\/p>\n

– Make reservations associated with business trips of staffs<\/p>\n

– Support Japanese staffs and its family\u2019s household issues when asked<\/p>\n

-Translation of Japanese documents (internal work procedures and reports for external use) into English<\/p>\n

-Arrangement of export and import of parts and management of their delivery<\/p>\n

-Manage parts inventory in our warehouse.<\/p>\n

-Insurance Claim<\/p>\n

-Maintenance of company cars<\/p>\n
