Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>This position supports sales activities by processing customer orders,<\/span><\/p>\n

coordinating shipping domestically and importing from Asia, managing inventory<\/p>\n

and issuing invoices.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/span>Required skills\/experiences\/traits:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>Associate or bachelor<\/span>\u2019<\/span>s Degree<\/span><\/p>\n

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook<\/span><\/p>\n

3 -5 years of experience in importing from Asia and domestic transportation<\/span><\/p>\n

Strong math skills and data entry skills<\/span><\/p>\n

Strong customer service experience<\/span><\/p>\n

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English<\/span><\/p>\n

Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/span>Preferred skills\/experiences\/traits:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>Written and verbal communication skills in Japanese<\/span><\/p>\n

Experience in Accounting<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong>Customer Service<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>\u26ab<\/span> Verifying Customer Orders for accuracy on pricing and sales terms<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>\u26ab<\/span> Issuing Order Acknowledgements and\/or Proforma Invoices<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>\u26ab<\/span> Coordinating shipping<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>\u26ab<\/span> Issuing sales invoices<\/span><\/p>\n

Inventory<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>\u26ab<\/span> Maintaining inventory records and reconciling each month<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>\u26ab<\/span> Verifying charges from truckers and warehouses<\/span><\/p>\n

Import<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>\u26ab<\/span> Filling ISF data accurately and timely<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>\u26ab<\/span> Tracing import shipments and confirming customs clearance data<\/span><\/p>\n
