Description<\/p>\n

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) function is seeking qualified vendors to<\/p>\n

provide experienced I\/T security personnel to support Tier 1 and Tier 2 operations during<\/p>\n

U.S. daytime hours. Their task will be to help support the evening hours of our Japanese<\/p>\n

business\u2019 cybersecurity. Given their global footprint and operational dependencies with<\/p>\n

Japan, bi-lingual candidates with both English and Japanese language skills as well as<\/p>\n

cultural fluency are strongly required. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Requirements Criteria:<\/p>\n

SOC Analysts \u2013 Tier 1 Coverage (4 FTEs with potential growth to 8)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Initially one per shift with future expansion as we scale our operations.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitor, triage, and escalate security alerts.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Execute playbooks and document incidents.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Collaborate with global GSOC teams and follow the GSOC operating model.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Familiarity with NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and GSOC workflows.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Business Operations Transfer (BOT) models preferred.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Analysts will be required to have both English and Japanese language skills as well as cultural fluency.<\/p>\n
