We are looking for a Power Platform Operations Engineer<\/strong> to support a major automotive industry client<\/strong> in Torrance, CA. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and optimizing Microsoft Power Platform solutions<\/strong> used by global teams.<\/p>\n

This position works closely with both U.S. and Japan-based teams<\/strong>, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing improvements across Power Platform environments.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h1>\n

Power Platform Operations Support<\/h2>\n

Provide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including:<\/p>\n

  • Power Apps<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Power Automate (Cloud Flows)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Power Automate Desktop (RPA)<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Power Virtual Agents<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Dataverse<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key responsibilities include:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate issue resolution<\/li>\n
    • Monitor RPA bots<\/strong> and manage runtime issues<\/li>\n
    • Support Power Platform governance<\/strong>, including:\n
        \n
      • DLP policies<\/li>\n
      • Environment monitoring<\/li>\n
      • COE dashboard coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Manage access control and environment provisioning<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Escalate complex issues to Microsoft Support<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Perform minor low-code enhancements and troubleshooting<\/strong> for existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions<\/li>\n
      • Serve as the primary operational support contact<\/strong> for U.S. and Japan-based teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Cross-Border Team Coordination<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Act as a bridge between English-speaking and Japanese-speaking teams<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Coordinate between on-site operations and offshore support teams<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Ensure smooth collaboration across global stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Client Communication<\/h2>\n
            \n
          • Maintain close communication with the client regarding operational matters<\/li>\n
          • Participate in operational meetings and status reviews<\/li>\n
          • Provide feedback and improvement suggestions based on operational experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Required Skills & Qualifications<\/h1>\n
              \n
            • 2+ years of hands-on experience<\/strong> supporting Microsoft Power Platform<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate troubleshooting<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Ability to read, understand, and modify existing flows and apps<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Experience supporting Power Automate Desktop (RPA)<\/strong> environments preferred<\/li>\n
            • Understanding of Dataverse and Power Platform governance<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Strong coordination and communication skills<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Business-level Japanese proficiency<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Ability to work on-site in Torrance, CA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Preferred Qualifications<\/h1>\n

              • Experience working in bilingual (Japanese-English) enterprise environments<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Experience coordinating cross-border operational teams<\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Experience supporting automotive or manufacturing industry clients<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
