As we expand into the U.S. market, we are seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and wants to play a key role in building scalable operations from day one.<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise with real-world operational impact in a growing, mission-driven organization.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Position Overview<\/h2>\n<p>The IT Support Specialist will serve as the frontline technical partner for our restaurant operations. You will ensure seamless performance of all in-store technologies \u2014 including POS systems, kitchen devices, kiosks, payment systems, and networking infrastructure \u2014 while supporting daily operational needs and long-term scalability.<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems in real time, working directly with store teams, and building systems that enable growth.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Technical Troubleshooting &amp; System Support<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve in-store technology issues, including:\n<ul>\n<li>POS systems<\/li>\n<li>Kitchen Display Systems (KDS)<\/li>\n<li>Self-order kiosks<\/li>\n<li>Payment terminals<\/li>\n<li>Networking equipment, routers, mini-PCs, printers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Support reporting, stocktake &amp; write-off processes<\/li>\n<li>Execute menu setup and system updates across multiple platforms<\/li>\n<li>Install and configure devices and applications<\/li>\n<li>Conduct routine system checks to minimize downtime<\/li>\n<li>Provide both on-site and remote support as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>User Support &amp; Training<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coach restaurant team members on system usage and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth execution of menu updates and operational changes<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a trusted technology partner to shop teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operations &amp; Vendor Coordination<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work directly with restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and implement technology improvements to enhance efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, escalations, and service issues<\/li>\n<li>Maintain hardware inventory and support procurement planning<\/li>\n<li>Participate in after-hours, weekend, and on-call support rotations<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<h3>Required Experience<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2\u20134 years of hands-on technical support experience in restaurant or retail environments<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting:\n<ul>\n<li>POS systems<\/li>\n<li>Kitchen Display Systems<\/li>\n<li>Self-order kiosks<\/li>\n<li>Online ordering platforms<\/li>\n<li>Order Management Systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable meeting tight deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred (Not Required)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Programming experience (PHP, React, JavaScript)<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of supply chain workflows (Purchase Orders, Cash Sales)<\/li>\n<li>AWS Cloud experience<\/li>\n<li>Linux-based OS experience<\/li>\n<li>NetSuite experience (strong advantage)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Our Culture<\/h2>\n<p>We operate as <strong>One Team<\/strong>.
