Position Summary<\/h2>\n

The Customer Service Representative supports commercial insurance accounts by assisting with policy servicing, documentation, renewals, and client inquiries. This role works closely with account managers and executives to ensure accurate policy processing, timely service delivery, and strong client relationships.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Process and distribute certificates of insurance.<\/li>\n
  • Handle policy change requests including endorsements, documentation, and premium adjustments.<\/li>\n
  • Support preparation of insurance applications, audits, renewals, and policy proposals.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with broker of record (BOR) letters, new account setup, and competitive bid preparation.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate billing instructions and premium invoicing related to policy transactions.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency management systems (e.g., AMS 360, ImageRight).<\/li>\n
  • Address routine coverage questions and assist with problem resolution.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in training programs and professional development activities.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain professional communication with internal teams, clients, vendors, and insurance carriers.<\/li>\n
  • Complete additional administrative and service-related tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n

    Required<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • High school diploma or GED.<\/li>\n
    • Japanese language ability (expert level).<\/li>\n
    • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.<\/li>\n
    • Detail-oriented with strong time and project management skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external partners.<\/li>\n
    • Must<\/strong> obtain and maintain an active Property & Casualty Agent License within three months of hire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred<\/h3>\n

      • 2+ years of customer service, insurance support, or related administrative experience.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with insurance agency management systems (e.g., AMS 360, ImageRight).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
