This role supports strategic initiatives, financial planning, and asset oversight within the company\u2019s North American energy trading and investment portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>The position works closely with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Asia and provides analytical insights to support executive decision-making.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support financial planning, budgeting, and performance reporting for the energy trading business<\/li>\n<li>Monitor financial and operational performance of affiliate companies and energy assets<\/li>\n<li>Prepare analysis and materials for senior management and board-level discussions<\/li>\n<li>Lead or support strategic initiatives including asset optimization, ownership transitions, and integration planning<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with trading, finance, risk, and legal teams on cross-functional projects<\/li>\n<li>Provide analytical insights and decision support for senior leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in energy trading, energy markets, corporate finance, asset management, or related fields<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in <strong>English and Japanese (written and spoken)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong financial analysis and reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage projects and work across multiple stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in energy trading, LNG, power markets, or energy infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to joint ventures, investments, or strategic projects<\/li>\n<li>CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To\u00a0apply:\u00a0Please\u00a0send\u00a0your\u00a0resume\u00a0to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:nkagaya@pasona.com\" target=\"_blank\">nkagaya@pasona.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\ufeff<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: This is a summarized description.
