A global chemical company is seeking a Technical & Production Manager to lead <\/span>polyurethane business<\/u><\/strong> growth and operational performance across North America.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a high-impact role responsible for driving technical service, manufacturing coordination, supply chain management, marketing strategy, and revenue performance within the polyurethane portfolio.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Serve as the technical lead for polyurethane systems, supporting formulation development, lab\/plant trials, and customer troubleshooting<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with global R&D to tailor products for automotive and other key applications<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Oversee toll manufacturing, raw material sourcing, supply planning, and regulatory compliance<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Drive new business development through market analysis, customer engagement, and industry representation<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Manage revenue, pricing strategy, cost control, and margin improvement initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop and execute mid-term strategic plans and annual budgets aligned with corporate objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 10+ years of experience in <\/span>polyurethane system formulation<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • 5+ years of sales and\/or marketing experience in the polymer, plastics, or chemical industry<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience working with automotive industry customers preferred<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong background in technical service and customer-facing roles<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience managing toll manufacturing and supply chain coordination<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated success in business growth and profitability management<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
