We are building a people-first culture where care, respect, and community come first.<\/p>\n<p>This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level of a U.S. expansion and help shape the future of the brand.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>The Opportunity<\/h2>\n<p>We are seeking an <strong>Omotenashi Manager (Shop Manager)<\/strong> to lead our Los Angeles location.<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and believes exceptional hospitality starts with empowered teams. You will oversee daily operations, develop team members, and ensure every guest experiences warmth, quality, and genuine care.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>What You\u2019ll Do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-casual setting<\/li>\n<li>Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline team members<\/li>\n<li>Manage staffing plans, shift scheduling, and labor efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence<\/li>\n<li>Oversee service flow to ensure a seamless guest experience<\/li>\n<li>Monitor POS systems, sales performance, and operational reporting<\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of guest-first hospitality aligned with Japanese omotenashi<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement and team engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Who You Are<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of restaurant management experience<\/li>\n<li>Background in fast casual, caf\u00e9, or retail operations preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience with POS systems and operational reporting<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about hospitality, food culture, and team development<\/li>\n<li>Excited to be part of a new brand launch in the U.S.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Our Culture<\/h2>\n<p>We operate as one team.<\/p>\n<p>We value:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Care and respect<\/li>\n<li>Transparency and collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Diversity and inclusivity<\/li>\n<li>Creative thinking and shared accountability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We believe passion and integrity matter more than perfection.
