Field \/ Machine Technician<\/h1>\n

About the Role<\/h2>\n

An industrial manufacturing support company is seeking a Field \/ Machine Technician to support paint system applications, equipment installation, maintenance, and modification projects for automotive and industrial facilities.<\/p>\n

This role includes domestic and international travel and requires strong technical coordination and project support skills.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Coordinate customer meetings and on-site inspections<\/li>\n
  • Support installation and modification of:\n
      \n
    • Painting booths<\/li>\n
    • Ovens<\/li>\n
    • Conveyor systems<\/li>\n
    • Pre-treatment and E-Coat systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Prepare proposals, specifications, and quotations<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and installation schedules<\/li>\n
    • Support equipment shipping, installation, and project management<\/li>\n
    • Monitor project progress and prepare completion reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and\/or industrial engineering.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)<\/li>\n
      • Willingness to travel approximately 45%<\/li>\n
      • Flexible schedule including nights\/weekends as needed<\/li>\n
      • Japanese language skills are a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preferred Skills<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Knowledge of industrial equipment and mechanical systems<\/li>\n
        • Understanding of sheet metal fabrication and welding processes<\/li>\n
        • Experience with pumps, fans, valves, and filters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
