This role focuses on evaluating customer creditworthiness, analyzing financial data, and supporting sound lending and leasing decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative office environment.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct credit investigations and analyze financial information related to loans and leases<\/li>\n<li>Review financial statements, credit bureau reports, and industry data to assess risk<\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial conditions, trends, and key ratios<\/li>\n<li>Prepare clear summaries and recommendations regarding creditworthiness<\/li>\n<li>Maintain complete and accurate credit files, including financial statements and agency reports<\/li>\n<li>Support enhancements to credit scoring tools and internal decision processes<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and assistance to team members as needed<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal departments on accounts receivable and collections processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred<\/li>\n<li>3\u20135 years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of financial statements and ratio analysis<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP\/CRM systems such as Dynamics AX and Salesforce<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of UCC-1\/PPSA regulations preferred<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual English\/Spanish highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and team-oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements<\/h3>\n<p>This role operates primarily in an indoor office setting with standard business hours.
