Title\u00a0<\/strong>Outside Sales Representative<\/p>\n Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Home office\/Remote in St. Louis, MO<\/p>\n \uff08Territory: Southern IL\/MO\/KS\/AR)<\/p>\n Outside activities:\u00a0 <\/strong>3-4 days\/week<\/p>\n Salary:\u00a0<\/strong>$65-75K base plus commission<\/p>\n *Commission is based on a sales person\u2019s activity, but no guarantee<\/p>\n Benefit:\u00a0<\/strong>Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays<\/p>\n Hours:\u00a0<\/strong>8:30am-5:00pm<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n Outside Sales should work with distributors and end users for promoting products, advise or introduce how benefit end users earn by<\/p>\n using their products, support their production technologies, resolve problem etc.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n \uf0b7 Report to National Sales Manager<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Work with distributors to sell and promote products.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Need to create and develop on-going business relationships, in an effort to increase market share and obtain sales growth.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Monitor and manage quotes activities and sales activities via CRM or other means.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Regular business travel is required to the customers in the territories. Overnight business trips are required.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Keep strong relationships with customers in collaboration with the authorized distributors.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Achieve your sales target.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 There will be other responsibilities not be limited to above.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 We would ask for flexibility to contribute to our company\u2019s growth.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Skills\/Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n \uf0b7 Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering field).<\/p>\n \uf0b7 5 years of sales\/sales management experience at maker(s)\/manufacturer(s) is big plus<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Experience with distributor or channel partner sales management – preferably in the industrial field<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Knowledge of industrial and technical sales development are big plus<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Able to drive a vehicle and satisfy the requirements of insurance carrier.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills is required.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Following company\u2019s rules, Team working with your boss & engineers<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
