This role is responsible for managing production activities, supervising staff, coordinating cross-functional operations, and ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production output.<\/p>\n<p>The Production Supervisor will report directly to the Plant Manager and play a key leadership role in maintaining operational excellence across multiple areas of plant operations.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Production &amp; Operations Management<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor workflow, production schedules, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Review and manage work orders, production reports, and operational metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FDA, HACCP, GMP) and company policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Team Leadership &amp; Supervision<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise production staff across multiple shifts.<\/li>\n<li>Manage shift scheduling and workforce planning.<\/li>\n<li>Lead team meetings and provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Support employee training and skill development initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Cross-Functional Coordination<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams for inventory flow and shipping schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Maintenance to support equipment upkeep and minimize downtime.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in resolving production-related issues through cross-department communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Inventory &amp; Order Management<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor incoming materials and finished goods.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee order processing accuracy and review purchase and sales orders related to production.<\/li>\n<li>Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Maintenance &amp; Facility Support<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support preventative maintenance programs in coordination with the maintenance team.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure production areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Safety &amp;
