{"id":24295,"date":"2026-02-23T17:52:31","date_gmt":"2026-02-23T17:52:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/job\/061691\/"},"modified":"2026-03-27T16:56:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T16:56:16","slug":"061691","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/job\/061691\/","title":{"rendered":"Passenger support-Japanese Bilingual"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>***Temp Staff will receive Flight benefits!***<\/p>\n<p>Business: Airline<\/p>\n<p>Location: Chicago O&#039;Hare International Airport<\/p>\n<p>Language: Japanese and English<\/p>\n<p>Pay: During Training (approximately 3 months): $19.10\/h, After Training: $19.45\/h<\/p>\n<p>Hours: Normally 5.5h or 6h\/day<\/p>\n<p>See the followings:<\/p>\n<p>Winter Schedule: AM Shift: 05:30 &#8211; 11:30am\/ PM Shift: 11:30 &#8211; 5:30\u00a0PM<\/p>\n<p><span>Summer Schedule: AM Shift: 7:00am &#8211; 01:00pm\/ PM Shift 12:45pm-6:45pm <\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>*Schedule could vary due to flight schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>*Part-time (2-3 days a week) is also considerable<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><u>Essential Duties includes followings but not limited to:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Arrival:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare Arrival Briefing sheet including outbound connection list<\/li>\n<li>Print out baggage tag list for arrival agent<\/li>\n<li>Prepare name signs for passengers needing assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Escort VIPs, MAAS, UMNR, etc. or other important passengers or passengers with special needs when assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Assist and translate for passengers at the immigration and customs when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist tight connecting passengers when assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Guide and assist passengers through the immigration area, baggage claim, customs and to the arrival hall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Departure<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create Departure briefing sheet and create name sign for those passengers needing assistance,<\/li>\n<li>Guide passengers to the Check-in counter, TSA and to the gate, give direction to the applicable lounge as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Translate conversation upon check-in as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Assist passengers at the counter.<\/li>\n<li>Assist and escort passengers with special needs including boarding assistance as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Meet tight connection passengers as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Pick up departure baggage from ticketing counter after the flight push back.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Others<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare necessary flight files for arrival and departure records.<\/li>\n<li>Print out airport maps, baggage tag slips and other necessary items for the operation.<\/li>\n<li>Assist passenger\u2019s check-in and carry on baggage while escorting or guiding passengers.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of flight delay and\/or cancellation, escort passengers to the baggage claim area, shuttle bus center to the hotels, and hand out hotel\/meal vouchers, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have Expert level of Japanese language skill and Business level English<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to walk around in the airport.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a professional presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal and problem solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Must have Ilinois Real ID (State ID or DL) for airport badge process<\/li>\n<li>Employment is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining required clearances and authorizations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-24295","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/24295","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=24295"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-categories?post=24295"},{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.pasona.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=24295"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
