3D cell culture assays<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u00a0(spheroids, organoids, iPSC-derived cells)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Generate high-quality experimental data with clear interpretation and reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot advanced in vitro platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Conduct product trainings, protocol optimization, and technical demonstrations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Collaborate cross-functionally to develop application notes and support beta evaluations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Partner with academic labs, CROs, and industry teams to drive innovation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Ph.D. or M.S. in Cell Biology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">5\u20137 years of experience in in vitro drug discovery, toxicology, or translational research<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Strong expertise in\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">3D cell culture systems<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">\u00a0(spheroids and\/or organoids)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Hands-on experience with cell-based assays, drug screening\/safety testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Ability to clearly communicate scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Experience presenting to customers, collaborators, and internal teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard research\/data tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Strong written and verbal English communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Experience with iPSC-derived models or primary human cells<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Familiarity with high-content imaging, fluorescence microscopy, or plate-based screening<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Background in toxicology, ADME, or safety pharmacology<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Prior experience in applications scientist or customer-facing technical roles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Exposure to Microphysiological Systems (MPS) or organ-on-chip platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">Additional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Ability to travel as needed and occasionally work beyond standard business hours<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong style=\"font-size: 14px\">To apply\uff1a\u00a0Please\u00a0send\u00a0you\u00a0resume\u00a0to\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:nkagaya@pasona.com\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"font-size: 14px\"><strong>nkagaya@pasona.com<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n<p><em style=\"font-size: 14px\">Note: This is a summarized description.
