Pay:<\/strong>\u00a0$19.50\u2013$22.00\/hour<\/strong>\u00a0+ semi-annual performance bonus<\/p>\n

Our client, a Japanese company is looking for an\u00a0Events Associate!<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re into trading card games and want a role where you can be part of live tournaments\u00a0behind the scenes and on-site<\/strong>, this is it. You\u2019ll support event operations end-to-end: coordinating venues and schedules in the office, and helping run smooth event days with the team.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Help run live TCG tournaments (registration, setup, materials, on-site coordination)<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics with venues and partners<\/li>\n
  • Support staffing schedules (judges\/staff)<\/li>\n
  • Track event costs, invoices, and payments (basic budget support)<\/li>\n
  • Prep and manage event documents + help with packing\/shipping materials<\/li>\n
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service during busy events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • TCG experience required<\/strong>\u00a0(playing, judging, organizing, collecting, or active community involvement\u2014any title OK)<\/li>\n
    • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented<\/li>\n
    • Comfortable in fast-paced event environments and team-based work<\/li>\n
    • Basic comfort with spreadsheets\/docs and admin tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Nice to Have<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Live event\/tournament operations experience (judge\/organizer is a plus)<\/li>\n
      • Customer service or leadership experience<\/li>\n
      • Japanese and\/or Spanish<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Driver\u2019s license + access to a vehicle preferred<\/li>\n
        • Ability to lift\/carry event materials when needed<\/li>\n
        • International travel may require a valid U.S. passport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
