A Japanese trading company specializing in cosmetic ingredients\u00a0is looking for a Customer Support Representative. This position is responsible for handling end-to-end customer service operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and communication with clients and suppliers both domestically and internationally.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u3010Essential Duties\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Receive and process purchase orders from cosmetic manufacturing clients<\/p>\n

– Check inventory availability and issue shipping instructions to the warehouse\u00a0<\/p>\n

– Create and send invoices to the warehouse\/logistics company<\/p>\n

– Place purchase orders with suppliers\u00a0<\/p>\n

– Communicate with clients to coordinate delivery schedules and manage lead times<\/p>\n

– Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and invoices using internal systems (e.g., QuickBooks)<\/p>\n

– Serve as a liaison between sales, logistics, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations<\/p>\n

– Handle and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies<\/p>\n

– Support ad-hoc tasks as required in a small, agile team environment<\/p>\n

\u3010Qualifications\u3011<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken)<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n

– Prior experience in customer support, logistics, or supply chain (especially in trading or manufacturing industries)<\/p>\n

– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks<\/p>\n

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)<\/p>\n

– Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting\/order management systems preferred<\/p>\n

– Experience working with logistics companies is a plus<\/p>\n
