JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Sales<\/p>\n

Process sales forecasts, sales promotion, quotations, price negotiations (to HQ and affiliates and<\/p>\n

customers), sales contracts, maintain good relationships with customers, logistics, collections support.<\/p>\n

* Collaboration and engagement with our operations team is essential.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Sales Coordination<\/p>\n

Maintain and enhance good communication with customers, outside sales representatives, distributors,<\/p>\n

as well as Japan side, its affiliates. Understand product specifications, work with the team as a<\/p>\n

sales assistant to ensure that customer requirements are up-to-date and that there are no delays. Also<\/p>\n

works with the operations team to update shipment schedules are on track or not. Promote our products<\/p>\n

to existing and potential new customers.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Marketing<\/p>\n

Review market research, conduct and review industry and competitors\u2019 analysis<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Sales Analysis<\/p>\n

Process sales analysis by customer and product on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.<\/p>\n

Analysis of the plan and the differences compared to the previous month is also necessary.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Advice to Customers<\/p>\n

Assist research and provide the information that customers are looking for (Develop sales strategies) and<\/p>\n

promote our products with assistance with technical support. Assist for quality issues and customer<\/p>\n

claims our quality team.<\/p>\n

Others<\/p>\n

Special assignments as requested by General Manager\/Managing Director<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Experience, Skills:<\/p>\n

Ideal candidate has experience in Electronics<\/p>\n

B2B sales experience (8+years)<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Travel<\/p>\n

20 to 30% in US. Possibly 1 trip to Japan.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Report to<\/p>\n

General Manager<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
