This role oversees all plant operations, including safety, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and cost control, while driving continuous improvement across the organization.<\/p>\n<p>The Plant Manager plays a key role in problem-solving at both the plant and company-wide levels and is expected to collaborate closely with management, customers, suppliers, and employees. Future involvement in senior management is anticipated.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure achievement of customer delivery deadlines and quality targets<\/li>\n<li>Oversee compliance with production, quality, safety, and 5S standards<\/li>\n<li>Lead plant-wide safety management and continuous 5S activities<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain all factory machinery and equipment, including inspection programs<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all plant personnel, including goal setting, performance monitoring, disciplinary actions, and annual reviews<\/li>\n<li>Manage factory operating budgets covering labor, maintenance, equipment, defects, and operational costs<\/li>\n<li>Drive ongoing cost-reduction initiatives against budget targets<\/li>\n<li>Build strong professional relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers<\/li>\n<li>Participate in regular management meetings, provide operational updates, and contribute to financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Support and coordinate visits and business travel from affiliated companies<\/li>\n<li>Travel as needed to strengthen external business relationships<\/li>\n<li>Prepare for and support future management-level responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Must have Japanese at an idiomatic level. English at Business and above.
