You\u2019ll play a key role in strengthening financial processes, supporting cross-border activities, and leading critical ERP initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As Accounting &amp; Operations Manager, you will oversee core accounting functions while acting as a key contributor to ERP migration and optimization initiatives. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to collaborate across borders and functions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Support and lead ERP migration and enhancement projects, including process mapping, testing, and post-implementation optimization<\/li>\n<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow between accounting and operational systems<\/li>\n<li>Handle cross-border accounting matters, including intercompany transactions and coordination with international stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5\u201310 years of progressive professional accounting experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven hands-on experience with ERP migrations (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of cross-border accounting (Canada\u2013U.S. exposure preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of Canadian accounting principles and financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced, growing, or transformational environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and geographies<\/li>\n<li>CPA or equivalent professional designation is an asset<\/li>\n<li>Reliable transportation to commute between GTA office locations<\/li>\n<li>Interest in and authorization to travel frequently to the USA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Join<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Join a respected global company at a pivotal time of growth<\/li>\n<li>Play a visible role in ERP and process transformation<\/li>\n<li>Competitive compensation (CA$80,000\u2013120,000) plus a comprehensive benefits package<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity for professional growth and cross-border exposure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an existing vacancy.
