This role oversees day-to-day brokerage execution, supervises teams, and partners with internal stakeholders to support customer and commercial initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage daily import and brokerage operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with CBP, FDA, USDA, and other regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Lead, coach, and develop CHB supervisors and import staff<\/li>\n<li>Support audits, compliance training, and SOP adherence<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Sales and Branch leadership on customs solutions and RFPs<\/li>\n<li>Track KPIs and drive continuous operational improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years in customs brokerage or international freight forwarding, including 4+ years in management<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of CBP regulations and import compliance<\/li>\n<li>Customs Broker License preferred<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 10.5pt\">Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including cargo handling and customs compliance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Experience with logistics systems (CargoWise, Kewill, Descartes)<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\"><em>Note:<\/em><\/strong><em style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0This is a summarized description.
