Job Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our client is seeking an Engineer to act as a key technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams. This role supports application-related engineering activities from initial customer inquiry through production and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth technical communication across design, manufacturing, and quality functions.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, supporting application engineering activities from inquiry through production<\/li>\n
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams by translating customer requirements into clear technical inputs<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate technical discussions, manage engineering issues, and ensure timely and accurate communication<\/li>\n
  • Work directly with customer engineers (OEM, Tier 1, and non-automotive companies)<\/li>\n
  • Clarify, manage, and control engineering concerns and issues<\/li>\n
  • Identify customer needs and application challenges and collaborate internally to support business growth opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Transfer drawings and specifications among R&D, manufacturing plants, and customers<\/li>\n
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal teams and external customers regarding technical engineering matters<\/li>\n
  • Support new model and quality-related activities, including coordination with supplier engineering teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Associate Degree or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering<\/li>\n
    • Engineering experience preferred<\/li>\n
    • Automotive industry experience preferred<\/li>\n
    • Thermal management development experience is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Japanese language ability is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical information clearly<\/li>\n
    • Occasional travel may be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
