This role supports application-related engineering activities from initial customer inquiry through production and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth technical communication across design, manufacturing, and quality functions.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, supporting application engineering activities from inquiry through production<\/li>\n<li>Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams by translating customer requirements into clear technical inputs<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate technical discussions, manage engineering issues, and ensure timely and accurate communication<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with customer engineers (OEM, Tier 1, and non-automotive companies)<\/li>\n<li>Clarify, manage, and control engineering concerns and issues<\/li>\n<li>Identify customer needs and application challenges and collaborate internally to support business growth opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Transfer drawings and specifications among R&amp;D, manufacturing plants, and customers<\/li>\n<li>Prepare presentations and reports for internal teams and external customers regarding technical engineering matters<\/li>\n<li>Support new model and quality-related activities, including coordination with supplier engineering teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate Degree or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Engineering experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Automotive industry experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Thermal management development experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Japanese language ability is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical information clearly<\/li>\n<li>Occasional travel may be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<p><em>This job description is intended to provide an overview of the role and may not include all responsibilities.
