This role has full responsibility for branch performance, including P&amp;L ownership, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. The Branch Manager plays a key role in executing strategic initiatives while driving continuous improvement and profitable growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Lead day-to-day branch operations across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Customs Brokerage<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Own P&amp;L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Translate corporate and regional strategies into executable branch-level plans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Drive process improvement initiatives using continuous improvement \/ Kaizen principles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team and staff<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development planning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Maintain and grow key customer relationships; engage directly with customers as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Analyze operational performance, costs, and service quality to ensure goals are met<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Collaborate closely with regional leadership and product leaders to align strategy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">7\u201310 years of experience in International Freight Forwarding or Logistics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Minimum 3 years in a leadership or branch management role<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong working knowledge of air, ocean, and customs operations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Proven experience managing budgets, P&amp;L, and operational KPIs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to influence without direct authority<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Position may require up to 15% domestic and international travel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\"><em>Note:<\/em><\/strong><em style=\"font-size: 11pt\"> This is a summarized description.
