Prepare all export related documentation.<\/p>\n<p>2. Make U.S. Customs entry (A.E.S.) and documentation for export.<\/p>\n<p>3. Issue billing invoices and sending.<\/p>\n<p>4. Send shipping information to proper parties.<\/p>\n<p>5. Communicating with customer, answering phone, e-mail, fax.<\/p>\n<p>6. Maintain Cargo inventory as required and periodical report to proper party<\/p>\n<p>7. Maintain Export license inventory and periodical report to proper party.<\/p>\n<p>8. Inputting profit report information.<\/p>\n<p>9. Arrangement of import instruction to proper party.<\/p>\n<p>10. Filing of export\/import documents<\/p>\n<p>11. Maintaining clean office area.<\/p>\n<p>12.
