You\u2019ll lead daily activities, support customers, and work closely with drivers and moving staff, while also providing Japanese\u2013English language support. It\u2019s a hands-on position that blends coordination, customer service, and team leadership in a fast-moving environment.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and coordinate daily household goods moving operations<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and guide drivers and moving staff on assigned jobs<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience<\/li>\n<li>Provide Japanese\u2013English translation and interpretation as needed<\/li>\n<li>Support general business operations and administrative tasks<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate shipment documentation<\/li>\n<li>Safely operate company vehicles (non-CDL truck, van, or passenger car)<\/li>\n<li>Communicate clearly with multilingual team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bilingual in Japanese and English (required)<\/li>\n<li>Strong teamwork and leadership mindset<\/li>\n<li>Clear communication skills, especially with diverse and multilingual staff<\/li>\n<li>Professional customer-facing demeanor<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with all levels of the organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3>Work Environment<\/h3>\n<p>This position is primarily office-based with regular coordination and communication tasks.
