We\u2019re looking for an ERP Business Process Lead<\/strong> to streamline and optimize our business processes as we roll out our ERP system. You\u2019ll collaborate across departments, translate business needs into smart system solutions, and champion process excellence from design to go-live (and beyond)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n<\/hr>\n

🔹 What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u2705 Lead business process analysis & reengineering<\/strong> in key areas (sales order management, pricing, customer management, collections, etc.)<\/p>\n

\u2705 Partner with stakeholders & SMEs to gather and validate requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2705 Design future-state processes<\/strong> aligned with ERP best practices<\/p>\n

\u2705 Facilitate workshops, gap analyses & ensure ERP configuration alignment<\/p>\n

\u2705 Drive data consistency, standardization & process harmonization<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2705 Support UAT\/SIT testing, change management & user training<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2705 Monitor post-implementation performance & lead continuous improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n

🔹 What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n

💼 Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite<\/strong><\/p>\n

📊 Experience in process modeling<\/strong> (e.g., Visio) and cross-functional teamwork<\/p>\n

🗣 Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills<\/p>\n

\u26a1 Adaptable, flexible & deadline-driven<\/p>\n

🍖 Food industry or meat packing experience = big plus<\/strong><\/p>\n
