About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are seeking a Software Developer<\/strong> who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Design, develop, and test scalable web applications using C#\/.NET Framework<\/strong> and React<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Maintain and enhance existing web applications (bug fixes, performance optimization, feature upgrades)<\/li>\n
  • Develop and integrate APIs and web services<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions<\/li>\n
  • Prepare technical documentation in both English and Japanese<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • In the future, contribute to Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation and support projects<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • 5+ years of software development experience (including Java<\/strong>)<\/li>\n
    • Strong proficiency in C# \/ .NET Framework \/ ASP.NET \/ MVC<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience with React<\/strong>, JavaScript<\/strong>, HTML<\/strong>, and CSS<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Database experience with MS SQL<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with PowerShell<\/strong> or other scripting languages<\/li>\n
    • Experience using Git<\/strong> or Azure DevOps<\/strong> for source control<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese<\/strong> (business level)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Interest in building a long-term career in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics)<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Experience with unit testing<\/strong> and Azure REST API<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of Postman<\/strong> for API testing<\/li>\n
      • Understanding of basic business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory)<\/li>\n
      • Experience with RPA tools<\/strong> (Power Automate, UiPath)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
