A global Japanese logistics company is hiring a Japanese<\/span> Bilingual Moving Coordinator<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Work Schedule: Monday\u2013Friday: 8:00 AM \u2013 4:30 PM (Saturday work may be required)\u3000<\/span><\/p>\n

Salary:$24-25\/hour <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ability to effectively communicate with the customer to properly prepare necessary documents to coordinate a residential or organizational move.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Customer Service; ability to effectively communication by email or phone with the customer to complete necessary documents required to coordinate the move<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure all documentation relating to shipment is properly completed as required<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Interact closely with the moving team in preparation of the customer goods<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removing and loading of customer\u2019s goods<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the moving team<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 General business support function as assigned<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Bilingual in English and Japanese, both at a business level, with the ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in both languages.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Computer skills to include data entry and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to clearly communicate directions to the driver and moving team<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to work overtime to meet the customer needs<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong customer service skills<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 At least 1 year of experience in customer service<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

TRAVEL & OVERNIGHT WORK <\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u2022 <\/span>This position oversees operations across multiple states, requiring frequent travel and overnight stays<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span>Travel may include assignments as far as Kansas and other states<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span>Overnight travel should be expected almost weekly during busy periods<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span>In some cases, assignments may require travel from Monday through Friday<\/span><\/p>\n
