This role will handle interpretation and translation for manager meetings and client discussions, as well as create and maintain store-facing manuals and operational documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable proposing solutions to operational issues.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide Japanese\u2194English interpretation for manager meetings and client\/business discussions<\/li>\n<li>Translate documents and materials (Japanese\u2194English), including store-facing content<\/li>\n<li>Create, update, and maintain operational manuals and guidelines for stores<\/li>\n<li>Identify issues occurring in store operations, propose solutions, and document processes in manuals<\/li>\n<li>Support sales-related coordination and communication across internal teams and external partners as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)<\/li>\n<li>Business interpretation\/translation experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong documentation skills (manual creation, process improvement, standardization)<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Experience working at a Japanese company and\/or strong understanding of Japanese business culture preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">*This is a sample job description.
