This role serves as the operational backbone of the sales team, ensuring accurate forecasting, flawless execution of sales programs, disciplined data management, and strong cross-functional coordination to drive profitable growth.<\/p>\n<p>This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales Operations &amp; Program Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and track promotional activities (incremental and accrual) across regions, business centers, and eCommerce<\/li>\n<li>Track promotional calendars and timelines including TPDs, endcaps, demos, roadshows, and resets<\/li>\n<li>Lead completion of Buy Docs, vendor forms, and item setup documents, ensuring accuracy of costs, terms, allowances, and case configurations<\/li>\n<li>Support item transitions, pack changes, artwork updates, and SKU lifecycle management<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all promotional and item-setup workflows meet deadlines with no approval gaps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Forecasting &amp; Data Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pull, validate, and analyze weekly POS data (Circana\/IRI, CRX)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain forecasting tools and trackers; proactively flag inconsistencies or incorrect forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Maintain master trackers for distribution, promotions, resets, inventory, freight, and historical sales<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clean, consistent reporting to support internal and external decision-making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Broker &amp; Customer Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain weekly broker update trackers and ensure timely follow-ups<\/li>\n<li>Support preparation of buyer presentations, recap decks, and meeting materials<\/li>\n<li>Organize files for buyer meetings including agendas, notes, and action items<\/li>\n<li>Support Sales Manager during customer meetings by capturing notes and executing follow-ups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competitive &amp; Market Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct comp-shop visits to collect pricing, price-per-oz data, and display photos<\/li>\n<li>Analyze competitive pricing and merchandising execution by club and region<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate insights into actionable summaries for sales and marketing teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, QA, and Analytics teams<\/li>\n<li>Track approval progress across departments to ensure on-time execution<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate food safety audits, code of conduct applications, and factory documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Samples, Displays &amp; Roadshows<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and ship samples for buyers, brokers, demos, and roadshows<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate physical displays for roadshows, demos, and internal sales events<\/li>\n<li>Attend and support Costco roadshows as scheduled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administrative &amp; Financial Support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compile and submit accurate expense reports in compliance with company policy<\/li>\n<li>Support internal audits, cost updates, and ad-hoc reporting requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n<li><strong>1\u20132 years of experience supporting national or key accounts;
