Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

A growing consumer goods company in the U.S. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate<\/strong> to support its Club Channel business. This role serves as the operational backbone of the sales team, ensuring accurate forecasting, flawless execution of sales programs, disciplined data management, and strong cross-functional coordination to drive profitable growth.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sales Operations & Program Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage and track promotional activities (incremental and accrual) across regions, business centers, and eCommerce<\/li>\n
  • Track promotional calendars and timelines including TPDs, endcaps, demos, roadshows, and resets<\/li>\n
  • Lead completion of Buy Docs, vendor forms, and item setup documents, ensuring accuracy of costs, terms, allowances, and case configurations<\/li>\n
  • Support item transitions, pack changes, artwork updates, and SKU lifecycle management<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all promotional and item-setup workflows meet deadlines with no approval gaps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Forecasting & Data Management<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Pull, validate, and analyze weekly POS data (Circana\/IRI, CRX)<\/li>\n
    • Maintain forecasting tools and trackers; proactively flag inconsistencies or incorrect forecasts<\/li>\n
    • Maintain master trackers for distribution, promotions, resets, inventory, freight, and historical sales<\/li>\n
    • Ensure clean, consistent reporting to support internal and external decision-making<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Broker & Customer Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Maintain weekly broker update trackers and ensure timely follow-ups<\/li>\n
      • Support preparation of buyer presentations, recap decks, and meeting materials<\/li>\n
      • Organize files for buyer meetings including agendas, notes, and action items<\/li>\n
      • Support Sales Manager during customer meetings by capturing notes and executing follow-ups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Competitive & Market Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Conduct comp-shop visits to collect pricing, price-per-oz data, and display photos<\/li>\n
        • Analyze competitive pricing and merchandising execution by club and region<\/li>\n
        • Consolidate insights into actionable summaries for sales and marketing teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Cross-Functional Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, QA, and Analytics teams<\/li>\n
          • Track approval progress across departments to ensure on-time execution<\/li>\n
          • Coordinate food safety audits, code of conduct applications, and factory documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Samples, Displays & Roadshows<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Prepare and ship samples for buyers, brokers, demos, and roadshows<\/li>\n
            • Coordinate physical displays for roadshows, demos, and internal sales events<\/li>\n
            • Attend and support Costco roadshows as scheduled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Administrative & Financial Support<\/strong><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Compile and submit accurate expense reports in compliance with company policy<\/li>\n
              • Support internal audits, cost updates, and ad-hoc reporting requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n<\/hr>\n

                Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n
                • 1\u20132 years of experience supporting national or key accounts; Club or Mass retail experience preferred<\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Experience with forecasting, promotional execution, and broker coordination strongly preferred<\/li>\n
                • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint<\/li>\n
                • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and deadline discipline<\/li>\n
                • Excellent organizational and communication skills<\/li>\n
                • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n
                • Prior exposure to logistics, supply chain, or trade promotion management is a plus<\/li>\n
