This role leads and motivates a sales team, manages distributor relationships, grows existing accounts, and develops new business. The position requires strong strategic planning, hands-on selling, and active market engagement to achieve revenue and growth objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead district sales activities to achieve annual and quarterly revenue, profit, and growth targets<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute district sales strategies aligned with national objectives<\/li>\n<li>Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and market outreach<\/li>\n<li>Manage and expand distributor and customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Forecast sales, prepare budgets, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to distributors and key decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Identify new product opportunities by analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitors<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at trade shows and industry events; evaluate trade promotion effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular communication with management on sales activity, pipeline status, and goal progress<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market conditions including supply\/demand, pricing, and competitive activity<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer issues and recommend product, service, or policy improvements<\/li>\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record (machine tools or cutting tools preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Legally authorized to work in the United States<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license with a good driving record<\/li>\n<li>Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional presentation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organization, time management, and sales planning abilities<\/li>\n<li>Proven negotiation, closing, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales goals<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing and executing district-level sales strategies<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Travel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to travel up to 50%, including occasional evenings or weekends\u3000*Travel frequency is negotiable depends on experience<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working across multiple time zones to support customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating standard office and mobile business tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">***Above details are subject to change.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em style=\"font-size: 10.5pt\">This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and may not include all responsibilities or requirements.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[],"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-23757","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
