Core Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Corporate Planning<\/u><\/p>\n Responsible for planning and executing initiatives related to corporate governance.<\/p>\n Supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of frameworks for managing company-wide policies and procedures, managing necessity reporting.<\/p>\n Responsible for general corporate planning tasks assigned by managers on an ad-hoc basis.<\/p>\n Affiliate Management<\/u><\/p>\n Oversees management operations for affiliated companies and investment entities.<\/p>\n Supports the drafting, review, and administration of contracts with affiliates and investment targets.<\/p>\n Assists in establishing and maintaining frameworks necessary for effective management operations.<\/p>\n Manages application and approval processes for affiliates and investment entities.<\/p>\n Loan Management<\/u><\/p>\n Conducts loan management operations.<\/p>\n Prepares and coordinates necessary documentation and manages internal approval processes.<\/p>\n Ensures compliance with all required internal and external procedures and systems related to asset management.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher along with 2-3 years of experience<\/p>\n English \/ Japanese bilingual (reading\/writing\/speaking)<\/strong><\/p>\n Ability to understand policies and procedures written in Japanese and English<\/p>\n Excellent business e-mail writing skill<\/p>\n Excellent interpersonal skill<\/p>\n Working experience in banking industry preferred<\/p>\n Ability to work independently<\/p>\n Proficient in Microsoft Excel preferred<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The expected base salary ranges from $80,000.00 – $100,00.00 +Bonus<\/p>\n Hybrid,\u00a03days in office <\/p>\n 9-5, M-F<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
