Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

Project Manager for the U.S. Retail Media Business, serving as a\u00a0bridge between the Japan-based product team and U.S. partners<\/strong>. This role focuses on managing partner-led PoC projects and supporting the full-scale rollout of the business in the U.S.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Partner Collaboration (40%)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manage relationships with U.S. partner companies, plan and execute PoC projects, gather customer needs, and support negotiations on collaboration terms.<\/p>\n

Coordination with Japan Product Team (30%)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Communicate U.S. market requirements to the Japan-based development team, localize product specifications, align development timelines, and facilitate regular progress meetings.<\/p>\n

PoC Management & Analysis (20%)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oversee PoC project execution, analyze performance data, prepare reports and client presentations, and propose improvements for the next phase.<\/p>\n

Business Operations Support (10%)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Support local operations, monitor regulations and competitors, and prepare for future collaboration with a U.S.-based sales team.<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Project management experience, preferably in global or cross-border projects<\/li>\n
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Experience in at least one of the following:\n
      \n
    • Partnerships \/ alliances<\/li>\n
    • Bridging business and technology<\/li>\n
    • SaaS or platform businesses<\/li>\n
    • Retail Tech or AdTech industries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Business-level bilingual proficiency in\u00a0English and Japanese<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree (engineering or business preferred)<\/li>\n
    • Valid U.S. work authorization (OPT, H-1B, Green Card, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Experience living or working in Texas<\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of the retail media industry<\/li>\n
      • Basic technical understanding (e.g., Wi-Fi networks, digital signage, Android)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Travel:<\/strong>\u00a0Japan 1\u20132 times\/year; domestic U.S. travel several times per month (future)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
