About the Role<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Customer Solutions Associate to join our Atlanta Branch in Duluth, GA. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, logistics, customer service, supply chain operations, or the technology\/electronics sector<\/strong> who want to grow their career in a global business environment.<\/p>\n

You will work directly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support sales activities, manage orders, coordinate supply chain operations, and contribute to business growth in the electronic components industry.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Sales & Account Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Visit existing and prospective customers to build long-term relationships<\/li>\n
  • Conduct sales activities through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email<\/li>\n
  • Handle RFQs by collecting pricing\/lead time from suppliers and preparing quotations<\/li>\n
  • Identify new business opportunities and support customer development efforts<\/li>\n
  • Travel within the local region (with occasional overnight trips)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Customer Service & Order Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Process customer orders, including data entry and documentation<\/li>\n
    • Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and product inquiries<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with engineers (internal or vendor) to support technical questions<\/li>\n
    • Verify shipping\/payment terms and customer account information<\/li>\n
    • Assist in issue resolution by coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordination<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Place purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers<\/li>\n
      • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery<\/li>\n
      • Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and specifications<\/li>\n
      • Participate in phone and web meetings with global partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        Preferred Backgrounds:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Inside or outside sales<\/li>\n
        • Logistics, supply chain, or order management<\/li>\n
        • Customer service in manufacturing, B2B, or distribution<\/li>\n
        • Technical account support<\/li>\n
        • Electronics or technology industry experience (plus, not required)<\/li>\n
        • Japanese language ability or experience working with Japanese companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent work experience<\/li>\n
          • Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n
          • Strong communication and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n

            Work Environment & Physical Requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n

            • Office-based role with regular customer visits<\/li>\n
            • Use of computer, phone, and office equipment<\/li>\n
