Position Summary<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategist \/ Specialist<\/strong> to support new business development initiatives across the Americas<\/strong>. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology evaluation, market intelligence, startup engagement, and strategic partnerships<\/strong>, while collaborating closely with global stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Essential Duties & Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Business Development & Strategy<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Conduct technology evaluation and market studies<\/strong>, including feasibility studies (FS), preliminary experiments, and technical discussions with partners, customers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).<\/li>\n
  • Support joint R&D decision-making<\/strong> by providing analytical insights and structured evaluations.<\/li>\n
  • Identify and assess potential collaboration and partnership opportunities<\/strong> in the Americas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Startup Sourcing & Market Intelligence<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Source and evaluate startups through:\n
        \n
      • Commercial databases<\/li>\n
      • Contracted venture capital networks<\/li>\n
      • Industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Perform market and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Work closely with global headquarters and internal teams<\/strong> to identify potential partners and align collaboration strategies.<\/li>\n
        • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to advance business development activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Reporting & Documentation<\/strong><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Prepare accurate and timely reports<\/strong>, including:\n
              \n
            • Meeting minutes for all partner and stakeholder discussions<\/li>\n
            • Monthly activity and progress reports<\/li>\n
            • Ad-hoc updates as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Ensure clear documentation to support transparency and informed decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                • 1\u20133 years of professional experience preferred<\/strong>, ideally in a chemical or manufacturing-related environment.<\/li>\n
                • Entry-level candidates are welcome<\/strong> if they hold a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field<\/strong> and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and learning capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
