The role works closely with internal teams and senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and optimize long-term portfolio performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Investment Strategy &amp; Market Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Support global real estate investment strategies aligned with corporate growth and return objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Analyze macroeconomic, demographic, and real estate market trends<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Conduct feasibility studies for development, acquisition, and joint venture opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Financial Modeling &amp; Valuation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Evaluate deal structures, financing options, and exit strategies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Provide data-driven investment recommendations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Deal Support &amp;
