This position is responsible for managing many aspects of accounting-related duties for the Company and for making recommendations to Senior management.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Job Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u20225+ years of Accounting management experience<\/span><\/p>\n

\u20223+ years of Financial Reporting and Analysis experience<\/span><\/p>\n

\u20222+ years of Finance Accounting experience in consumer packaged goods strongly preferred<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Mathematical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Exceptional mathematical skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Education<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 BS degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Other Required Skills<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Strong sense of responsibility for his\/her duties is required.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Solid understanding of US GAAP is desired.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Ability to gather, analyze and interpret facts surrounding deals, raise questions, and exercise sound judgment.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Intermediate to advance excel skills(knowledge of VLOOK-UP, PIVOT, SUMIF,IFERROR, DSUM)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 highly preferred; ERP implementation experience a plus.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Detail oriented, analytical, driven to deliver results under tight deadlines; Fast learner and experience in high paced work environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Strong ability to work well with all levels of staff to resolve problems and contribute to solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Physical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Ability to talk and\/or hear regularly. Must to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms frequently. The staff member may occasionally<\/span><\/p>\n

lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects of at least 20 pounds.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Ability to read and analyze written information on a computer terminal.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Must have vision abilities such as close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Ability to work in environment with moderate noise level.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022The staff member is required to work overtime when needed.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Essential Job Functions <\/strong><\/p>\n

Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report<\/span><\/p>\n

preparation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Manage incoming and outgoing cash effectively on a daily basis and perform monthly bank reconciliation activity through verification of accounts regarding cash at hand and<\/span><\/p>\n

cash at bank.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Develop strategies to optimize cash position of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Assist with compilation of information for preparation of various tax return include but not limited to Corporate tax, Sales tax and Form-1099.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Involve in budget making process and prepare annual budget draft.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Collaborate with external auditors and internal auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Responsible for hierarchy and scalability in chart of accounts and accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements and has authority over classification and<\/span><\/p>\n

booking of all transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Analyze the effect of statutory accounting practices and studies regulations and guidance to ensure correct application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Make recommendations for changes as needed and ensure that company policies and<\/span><\/p>\n

procedures are followed and establishes the proper techniques to improve efficiency in operation and to discover and prevent fraud.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Review and oversee subordinates include but not limited to accounts payable team and accounts receivable team.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022Recruits and hires accounting and financial staff and conducts performance evaluations.<\/span><\/p>\n
