About the Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist<\/strong> to support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.<\/p>\n

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, bilingual environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives across campaigns, CRM, and content marketing, managing the full PDCA cycle.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct customer, competitor, and market analysis to generate actionable insights for strategic planning.<\/li>\n
  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI and KPI performance, and present findings to management.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Support managers with project coordination, reporting, and team training.<\/li>\n
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to optimize marketing operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • 3\u20135 years of marketing experience<\/li>\n
    • Proven success in campaign execution and data-driven marketing.<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical ability to handle large datasets (100,000+ records) and extract actionable insights.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in budget management and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Communications,<\/strong> or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Skills & Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Advanced proficiency in Excel<\/strong> (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP\/HLOOKUP, SUMIF\/SUMIFS).<\/li>\n
        • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite<\/strong> (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).<\/li>\n
        • Analytical thinker with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability.<\/li>\n
        • Excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
        • Proactive, adaptable, and creative mindset.<\/li>\n
        • Bilingual English\/Japanese (written and verbal) required.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of financial or payment industries<\/strong> preferred.<\/li>\n
        • Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms<\/strong> (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
