11pt\">Safely and efficiently performs assigned processes to meet the required daily logistics activities<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, quality personnel, and others involved in the<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">shipment and receipt of products about information related to the shipment<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Compiles carrier and route assignments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">Tracks, traces, and updates the status of Shipments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Oversees hazardous material (hazmat) handling, hazmat documentation, equipment and procedures<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Understands the limited scope of regulations that the operator arranges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Fully understands and follows regulations of both international and domestic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Prepares hazmat shipments, including documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Expense negotiation<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;font-size: 11pt\">Recognizes necessary shipping, trading and logistics technical words.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt\">\u201cDo It Safe, Do It Right the First Time\u201d with actions and words on a daily basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u25fc Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 University\/college degree is an asset<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 3+ years of relevant industry experience in freight forwarding<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 3+ years of shipping, receiving and import\/export operations experience<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 Experience filing International Maritime Organization (IMO), Automated Export System<\/p>\n<p>(AES), and Importer Security Filing (ISF) documents<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 Proven record processing shipments in accordance with DOT regulations and hazardous<\/p>\n<p>material labeling requirements<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 Experience processing shipments using UPS and FedEx software<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 Basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and<\/p>\n<p>Slides<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 Knowledge of 49 CFR, 15 CFR, Department of Transportation (DOT), International Air<\/p>\n<p>Transport Association (IATA), and International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG)<\/p>\n<p>regulations preferred<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 Prior global shipping management\/customs clearance experience is highly desirable<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 Language :
